Cheshire Homechoice is a partnership between Cheshire East Council and Registered Social Housing Providers. While the service is delivered in collaboration, all personal data is held by Cheshire East Council and shared with our partner landlords in accordance with established partnering and information sharing agreements.

When you apply to Cheshire Homechoice, your application is made under Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996. This provides Cheshire East Council with a lawful basis to process and share your information in order to fulfil our legal obligations under this legislation.
